CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our salon professionals and our other guests, we kindly ask that you provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment–failure to do so will result in a charge of half the amount of the scheduled service. And if notice is not provided, it will result in a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service and payment will be required before receiving any future services.
LATE CLIENTS
Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other client’s scheduled visits. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed and may result in a cancellation fee.
