CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to our salon professionals and our other guests, we kindly ask that you provide a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment–failure to do so may result in a charge of $40 PER HOUR of services missed. If notice is not provided, it will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service and payment will be required before receiving any future services.
LATE CLIENTS
Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other client’s scheduled visits. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed and may result in a cancellation fee.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
For any product returns, the product must be returned within 7 days for an exchange or salon credit.
The Copper Pin does not offer refunds for cash value on purchased gift certificates.
We want you to be completely satisfied with any service you receive at The Copper Pin. We do not offer refunds on completed services, but we will make every effort possible to adjust any issues or concerns with your initial service. We request if you do have any concerns to please contact us within 72 hours of your original appointment. At that time, you may be asked to come back into the salon to evaluate any concerns or challenges with the original service provider. Adjustments are free of charge within a week of the initial service, but if a different service is requested that service may be charged as a new full price service.
